If you wish to return the item, you can contact us via WhatsApp or follow our return conditions within the specified period stipulated by the law of the State of Kuwait regarding the return and exchange policy for a full refund.

• The specified period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return and exchange policy inside Kuwait:

• item can be returned for one of the following reasons:

1. An element that does not fit your size.
2. If You have received an incorrect item.
3. product is damaged or defective.

• As long as the item is still in its original condition, your returns are subject to the rules below :

1. All special orders that are manufactured on demand are not acceptable to be returned or exchanged.
2. In case of return , the delivery fee will not be refunded because it was previously collected by us as a delivery fee, and thus we will refund the amount of the item purchased only.

International return and exchange policy:

If your request is approved, please send it with any carrier of your choice and you will be responsible for the fees. You must provide us with tracking details of your returned package within 3 days of the approval date if you wish to send it.

• Please make sure that all returned items are packaged correctly. All returned items must be sent in their original condition (damaged or with missing parts) and packaged carefully to avoid damage or loss on the way.
• Please keep your shipment information and tracking number in case you need to contact us about your returns and help expedite the process.
• The refund will only be issued when we receive the returned item at our shipping center and the shipping discount will be calculated once the refund process is initiated.
• After we receive the item, the refund will be made within 10 days.
